Privacy Policy

What we store

• From Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address and name. Nothing else from your Google account.
• Your plan: trial dates and, if you subscribe, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and status.
• Your saved analyses (keywords, results, watch flag) and the test results you log.
• A daily count of analyses you ran, and short-lived security records (session and rate-limit entries).

What we do not store

No card details (Stripe handles payment), no Google password, no access to your YouTube channel. We do not sell data or show ads. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Services we use

• Google for sign-in (Google Privacy Policy).
• YouTube API Services for public video data. NicheForge only reads public data and does not access your YouTube account. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Stripe for payments (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare hosts the app, the database and the AI model that writes plan text.

YouTube data

Shared analysis results are cached for 24 hours. Raw YouTube video titles inside your saved analyses are removed after 30 days; computed scores and counts remain.

Cookies

One sign-in cookie (30 days), one short-lived cookie during Google sign-in, and an optional theme cookie. No advertising cookies.

Your choices

Delete your account and all your data at any time in Settings: it happens immediately. You can also revoke NicheForge's access in your Google account settings.
